Estimated Costs
All parties are different and call for unique menus and services. The prices below are starting figures for three typical events. Keep in mind that final costs are dependent on guest count, complexity of menus, and service staff needs. All prices exclude alcohol, and any equipment and service rentals.
Hors d’oeuvres parties start at $25 per person.
Catered lunches start at $35 per person (including delivery, set-up, and clean-up).
Dinner parties start at $45 per person.
Three Pears Catering Policies
Menu Selection and Guest Counts: Menu selections and guest counts are due no later than 14 days prior to the event. A final confirmation is due 7 days prior to the event; no cost adjustments will be made if guest count decreases 5 days prior to the event.
Service and Labor Charges: Event managers and kitchen managers will each be billed at an hourly rate of $50. Service staff, including bartenders and kitchen staff, will each be billed at an hourly rate of $35.
Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of estimated cost is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due on the day of the event. The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, personal or company check, and credit cards.
Cancellations: If an event is canceled less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the event estimate, based on menu and event arrangements, is due.
